Who We Are?
We have 20+ years of home inspection (over a 2000 home inspections) and contractor expertise. We are InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors, IAC2 Certified, Well, Radon Testing and WDI licensed and insured/bonded in the State of Ohio. We are registered with the State of Ohio and Local Health Departments to do well inspections/water samples.
We are certified in just about every area and continue our education every year to be as thorough as possible!
- We do our inspections with honesty and integrity and we are not partial to anyone. We want our buyers to know what they are investing their money into and to be confident and happy with their decision.
- We take the time to go over the inspection with the buyer to make sure they understand the report and we are there to answer any questions after the inspection.
